Born in the United States Virgin Islands, my story starts explaining my humble beginnings from childhood to adulthood in my culture and the journey of experiences that led me to become "Spiritually Awakened". This book was written as a detailed account of my process becoming awakened, healing, recovering, and stepping into my purpose. I am a millennial woman, daughter, mother, sister, aunt, and professional but most importantly uniquely myself with a mission of contributing to the elevating shift in the World which is going back to being grounded in who we are at our core - The Authentic Self. This book was inspired by going through the journey to myself and recognizing that I'm not only one experiencing this phenomenon. Using my voice through personal accounts my goal is to provide assistance with personal growth and recovery tools through this difficult transformational process. I hope my words of encouragement and wisdom serve as a facilitator for global healing and the evolution of Humanity!
