The perspective from an adolescent child is an attempt to shed light on the reality that, although mental health is prevalent amongst adults, our children are also suffering - often alone and in silence. The narration also provides a new perspective on how the stressors of our outside world are the result of each of our closest bully. By creating awareness of mental health and fostering a better understanding, we can start the journey to cope at an early age in the hopes to minimize the affects into adulthood.
