Author Biography

George B. Lampere, PhD, is the founder and president of business consulting firm Navitsumo Consulting Ltd. He holds a doctorate in organizational behavior and has nearly thirty years of experience as a business consultant.

Specializing in organizational culture alignment, Lampere has worked with many Fortune 500 companies and public sector organizations, including Michigan, Nevada, and the United States Navy. He has previously written white papers and the book Business Cards: Transforming the Organization One Card at a Time.

He has been married to his wife, Jo-Ellen, for twenty-eight years and has two adult children, Jill Greer and Ben Joel.
