LEAD THE FUTURE WITH A GLOBAL PERSPECTIVE

Mosaic Leadership: African, Asian, Middle Eastern and Indigenous Perspectives challenges the conventional wisdom of Western-centric leadership frameworks and opens the door to a broader, richer tapestry of global insights. Edited by renowned leadership experts Jonathan Passmore, Badri Bajaj, and Mongezi Makhalima, this groundbreaking volume traces the lineage of leadership thought from ancient epics to modern theories and asks whether our current paradigms are sufficient for the future ahead.

Contributions by an international team of scholars and practitioners offer thirty diverse models and ideas rooted in African, Asian, Middle Eastern and Indigenous traditions. From the harmony of Kaizen and the depth of Bushido, to the communal wisdom of Ubuntu and the spiritual insight of Qadr, Mosaic presents powerful tools and fresh perspectives for understanding leadership in context. Throughout the book, reflections on the future of leadership development encourage readers to reimagine how leaders are shaped in a world defined by complexity and cultural pluralism.

Mosaic Leadership addresses the decolonisation debate and provides a resource for those looking to diversify their reading with non-Western leadership models. The book is essential reading for business leaders, educators, and changemakers looking to thrive in today's global landscape. It is equally valuable for students, non-profit leaders, and public servants seeking to lead with greater cultural intelligence.
