Author Biography
Wendy comes from a long line of entrepreneurs and was raised with small-town values. She found her respect for money at an early age from her parents providing early exposure via an allowance and working in the family business. Wendy attended college at Eastern Illinois University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Personnel Management and Master's in Business Administration. She entered the financial industry in an entry-level position at Minnesota's largest credit union and then joined a large financial planning company in 1994. She became a financial advisor in 1996 and obtained her Certified Financial Planner designation in 2002. She has been a Twin Cities FIVE STAR Wealth Manager award winner in 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016.
