Santiago holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management with a minor in Tourism and a Master of Science in Human Resources. As a 14+ year veteran, he developed unique training programs to create industry awareness amongst managers. Before devoting his work full-time to Affinity Management Services, Santiago served on multiple boards and represented prominent clients throughout South Florida. Santiago's overall goal is to bring awareness to the management and business industries. He is initially focusing his efforts internally while developing programs for those board members who generously volunteer their free time.
