by Kenneth Cloke (Foreword by), Douglas B. Spoors Jd LLM (Author)

Mixed Method Mediation goes beyond negotiation and conflict resolution, further developing the mediator's skill and style. Mixed Method Mediation combines facilitative, evaluative, and transformative methodology for an enlightening integration of techniques.
