This was the prelude to a reboot of the Mister X series from Dark Horse Comics. This edition collects some of Motter's favorite post-millennial Mister X short stories, Pokerface, Xmas in Somnopolis, The Vanishing Breed and Mister X in Slumberland as well as featuring the first chapter of the fourth miniseries, Excavations.
