Many studies demonstrated that several diseases including diabetes mellitus are directly implicated in the elevating the activity of acetylcholinesterase enzyme in most biological fluids, and was considered as a risk factor for neuronal death causing many degenerative diseases including Alzheimer's disease .The Evaluation the effect of metformin drug on The activity of Acetylcholinesterase enzyme and the abundance of receptors (α-7nAchRs) in Diabetes Mellitus Type 2, is a title of study had been down in 2019 and also researched to study the abundance of receptors (α-7nAchRs) in the tissue brain of the induced diabetic disease in the mice for the first time in world wide. The study was submitted to the council of College of Science for Women-University of Baghdad in partial fulfillment of the Requirements for the degree of Master Biochemistry.
