Lila Seling Mabo became a qualified teacher and later promoted to head teacher of Dharma Bhakta Primary school in Oyam, Panchathar Nepal. When she first arrived in the United Kingdom from Nepal with her British Army husband Shree Prasad Mabo. she had to start from scratch.
