Author Biography
Born in 1943, R.B. Cathcart founded GEOGRAPHOS, a private-sector geographical consultancy situated in Burbank, California, during 1969. Since 1997 he's been a leading member of Romania's famed Candida Oancea Institute in Bucharest. He is also a member of the American Society of Macro Engineering.
