He also works as LAN Consultant and provides remote support to various IT oriented organizations around the globe. He has written several IT related blogs and articles on Microsoft and VMware and has been working on Windows since 2001. He is an author of the book "Microsoft Windows 7 - A Complete How-To Guide".
