Notes: To achieve maximum speeds (up to ~2000 MB/s) your host device must support USB 3.2 Gen2x2. macOS may require third-party NTFS drivers to write to NTFS-formatted drives. Format new SSDs to ExFAT or NTFS if they are not recognized. SSDs generate heat during heavy use; the aluminum case helps dissipate heat.
