Author Biography

Catherine M. Odell is a freelance writer and editor who also spends her time raising, loving, and caring for two school-aged children in South Bend, Indiana. For more than twenty-five years, she has written books on Catholic topics and cherishes the opportunity to blend her faith with her vocation. She and her husband, Bill, share interests in gardening, photography, skiing, and exploring the beautiful Midwest.

Margaret Savitskas is a teacher and catechist and has been a religious education writer for twenty-five years. She co-authored Saints in Action with Catherine Odell and has written for a variety of publications as well as contributed to educational material. She and husband Charles live in Fort Wayne, Indiana, with their two children and a myriad of family pets.
