Lisa Westmoreland-Doherty grew up on a small farm in Shelby County, Kentucky, and attended the University of Louisville. Now she is a middle school teacher in Louisville and lives in Goshen with her husband, Jim, their two children, Jimmy and Sarah, and their two dogs, Mickey D. and Brinkley.
