Product Description

by Enrique Moya (Author)

A book with great theoretical capacity in which the tenets of perennial wisdom converge with important scientific discoveries, but which also generates experiential movement, not only because of the diverse practices it offers and which appear well-detailed, it is also because of all the stimulus your reading gives to everything that 'consciously good' can do in our daily lives. Through its pages we can understand from how human suffering is built and can be transformed, to how to capture our deep and transcendent nature.

Author Biography
