Leslie Shore, M.A., professor and consultant, is the owner of Listen to Succeed, LLC, a consultancy that focuses on using listening analytics to help personal and professional clients achieve their highest level of effective communication. Leslie is the only consultant and educator providing the tools to both identify and overcome the internal and external barriers to effective listening. Offering her signature Listen to Succeed book and Listening Effectiveness Profile assessment tool, she helps the individual readers of the book and attendee's of her workshops and seminars achieve their highest level of communication. Her work with corporations, nonprofits, entrepreneurs, health professionals, and educational institutions includes training in listening effectiveness, managing cultural and generational diversity, and organizational leadership and change.
