Product Description

by Lillie M. Hill Vinson (Author)

WHY NOT TAKE THE TIME TO LISTEN TO CHILDREN? Built from conversations overheard on playgrounds and classrooms, as well as from selected student reflections, this book of poetry aims to inspire as much as it reveals. It tells us about the character of our youth, their inner desires, their attitudes and motivations. A blend of passion and thought; in addition to perspective and insight, Listen and You Will Learn connects the dots that bring us closer to the core of what is inside the minds of America's most misunderstood youth. It reveals beauty and innocence, in dialogue with the challenges they confront on a daily basis.
