Product Description

by Jack Wheatley (Author)

Limericks From The Earth is a book of earthy limericks (surprise ). The language is clever, interesting, original, and not vulgar, crude or too serious. The tone is light, but still covers much of the same territory that many earlier limericks covered - namely the activities of people pursuing sensual and erotic activities. It's an enlightened and fun, not obscene or pornographic picture of our mating practices.

Author Biography

Jack Wheatley is a writer and sometime poet residing in Southern California. He holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in nothing to do with the content of this book, and spends most of his time interacting with other seasoned citizens in OLLI, the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, at Cal State Fullerton. Raised in small town West Virginia, his professional career began in the fledgling computer industry in the late 50's, and culminated in the grand title of Computer Scientist by the time he retired in 1995. Again, nothing whatsoever to do with this book, although coding has its own language and grammar, which is simpler but much less forgiving. He can be reached at jwheat09@gmail.com.
