Author Biography
As a storyteller, activist, dancer and soul-centered psychotherapist in San Fransisco's North Bay, my work focuses on finding meaning in sorrow, transforming suffering into wisdom, and helping to create deeper intimacy with Self and others. I teach mind-body-spirit dance (NIA) and lead Interfaith Gospel Singing in workshops and on the streets . I find poetry erupting most often in the company of magnificent trees and loud oceans. I get to be a mother of two extraordinary beings and am honored to be a mentor to many other Soul friends.
