Product Description

by Chris Prater (Author)

For hard-working pastors, busy ministers with little time for preparation or anyone with an interest in reflecting upon the events of Holy Week. Offered here are thirty handy talks about Easter and Pentecost in a pocket-sized volume. Timeless sermons on events from Palm Sunday to Trinity Sunday. Incisive exegesis combined with practical application provides personally challenging insights into the Biblical accounts. The author has been a Christian for over forty years, has served overseas as a short-term mission partner, and has a keen interest in prayer and teaching the Bible. He holds a Combined Arts degree in geography, history and ancient history, a second degree in Theology and a Masters in Philosophy both from the London School of Theology. He has been Head of Religious Education in a local secondary school and currently works as a private tutor. He has led worship and spoken regularly in several London churches as well as being a Trustee within his own church. He lives in Shepperton with his wife, Ines, and has three children.
