Aki Kusaka's Mogami-san's Charm won the runner-up prize at the 16th Margaret April Manga Seminar Plus in 2018, and was subsequently published in Margaret magazine. Her other works include My First Samejima-kun and Anyway I'd Rather Be in Love than Cry.
