Author Biography
Capt (Ret) Gatot Soedarto, was born in Tuban, East Java, he graduated from The Indonesia Naval Academy. Former Chief of The Indonesia Sea and Coast Guard's Fleet, lecturer at The Indonesia Naval Staff and Command College.
