STEVE ADUBATO, Ph.D., is a prolific author and leadership coach. His books include Speak from the Heart, Lessons in Leadership, What Were They Thinking, Make the Connection, and You are the Brand. He is an Emmy(R) award-winning anchor of programming broadcast on PBS stations, Thirteen/WNET and NJ PBS. In the mid 80s, Steve was elected to the New Jersey State Legislature, becoming its youngest member at 26-serving one term.
Steve also previously served as a distinguished visiting professor of leadership at New York University and has lectured on leadership at the United States Military Academy at West Point, the Buccino Leadership Institute at Seton Hall University, the Eagleton Institute of Politics at Rutgers University, and the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
