In the emerging field of intercultural competence, this book is one of the first to propose a pedagogical framework and provide both the theory and tools to implement it. Author Biography

TRACY RUNDSTROM WILLIAMS is the associate director of the Center for International Studies at TCU, where she teaches courses on global citizenship and oversees the Global Academy. Her study abroad and teaching abroad experience spans the globe, and her research on intercultural learning has been widely adapted.
