They say that it takes 21 days for something to become a habit or to break a habit, the purpose of this journal is to create a habit of walking with God. Spend a month on each topic studying, reading, and writing your personal thoughts; as you go through each chapter please allow God to minister to your heart. Sort through feelings that might arise during this time and be at peace. His word says, "And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:7) I'm believing this journal will encourage you on your journey of healing through God's word. Remember you do not have because you do not ask God. (James 4:2). Ask God for the wisdom and understanding and he will give you the desires of your heart. (Psalms 37:4) I pray that it is your heart's desire to be healed and whole.
