The work is divided into four parts to form the acrostic ACTS: Part I Advancing progress; Part II Communicating in tough times; Part III Teaching ancestors and counter-narrative history; Part IV Setting communities at liberty. We discuss what emotional landmines exist in the real world, share lessons from the classroom, on the streets, within the church and in the ghettoes and public housing communities.
