Author Biography
The Co-Creative Leadership Alliance is a global, multigenerational community of leadership and leadership development practitioners. Our work spans decades and continents--Asia Pacific, the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East--and includes experience at every level, from first-line manager to C-suite executive. We have worked across industries as diverse as consumer goods, retail, hospitality, technology, energy, and education.
We formed the Alliance out of a shared conviction:
Leadership is something we practice with one another, not something we perform alone. The future depends on whether each of us learns to lead from the truth of our interdependence--not because it's an ideal everyone should aspire to, but because it's a fact.
We see leadership as a craft shaped by lived experience:
- Grounded in real conditions
- Built through relationship
- Strengthened when people exercise shared agency together
