Product Description

by Norah Turnham (Author), Michael Roderick (Author)

The last hour of the day is often thought of as a time for winding down and is not typically a time when we are very productive. Rather than frontloading your day with to do lists, action items, and journal entries, this workbook encourages you to sieze the opportunities of the final moments of the day as a time to accomplish tasks as well as reflect on best practices, relationships, and self-care. Originally started as a series of Tweets by @michaelroderick, this compilation has been expanded by @norahturnham in order to provide tools for both personal and business-related growth and self-reflection. Prompts for the last hour of 100 days will encourage you to take a closer look at how you spend the often overlooked part of your day.

Author Biography

Michael Roderick is a connector and entrepreneur. He loves to introduce people who can help each other and is a teacher of the arts, networking, and entrepreneurship. Having produced theatre on both the independent and Broadway levels, Michael is well known in the theatre industry. Michael also taught high school English for eight years and he loves the opportunity to teach classes and workshops whenever he can. Michael continues to develop his own plays and is growing as the leader of Small Pond to make it a company that supports creativity and entrepreneurship across disciplines by thinking outside of the box. Norah Turnham has been a teacher, theatre artist, manager, and administrator in both the Adirondacks and in New York City. Outside of work, Norah is an avid animal lover and, when possible, she takes the opportunity to travel and practice her photography.
