Too often, men want the glory of being the pastor, but are not interested in being a servant first. As pastoral staff, we truly should be servants to the people. The purpose for this book is not to instruct a pastor on how to run his ministry; but it is written to encourage the second man in ways to identify with, understand, and be a help to the man under which God has placed him.
