Author Biography

With the mind of an engineer and the hands of a mechanic, Todd Brandt worked at M&H Railroad, and managed the Gettysburg Scenic Railway. He always wore a train engineer's cap, earning the nickname TRain. The Hanover Newspaper and The Ragged Edge First Friday Poetry Series in Gettysburg featured Todd's poetry. A passion for clever word use and spontaneity were his specialties. He was well known for carrying index cards, and writing four line poems for people he met. He also enjoyed history, the arts, and rebuilding vintage jeeps. We will be sharing more of his poetry and books at ToddTRainBrandt.com.
