Author Biography

Bill Owen was born in 1954 in Decatur IL USA and avid wargamer since 1963... including Boardgames, Miniatures and Fantasy Role Playing Gaming from 1974-1979 OD&D. Founding partner of Judge Guild fantasy play aid publisher 1976- 1978. Travel agent 1972-present. Lived in San Ignacio, Belize 2011-2013 and from 2013 Uruguay, South America operating Tour Group LLC planning and software for tour groups. And still playing wargames and designing play aids.
