She also worked at Essence Communications supporting marketing and research efforts. Beverly is a certified Mentor Supervisor and the founder of Pretty 'n Pink USA, an organization designed to provide positive affirmations, encouragement, and developmental strategies for young girls or women. Beverly's first book is titled Vessels of Honor: Predestined for Greatness. A native New Yorker, she resides in Delaware with her family.
