Author Biography

Captain Phil Ribera has spent 30 years as a cop in the San Francisco Bay Area, and has commanded criminal investigations, street narcotics, special operations and SWAT teams. He was trained by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as a weapons of mass destruction response instructor, and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, VA.
