Anne-Marie Sutton is a New England author who has published four Newport mysteries featuring amateur sleuth Caroline Kent. Ms. Sutton has lived in Newport and her books are set against the backdrop of the city's famous mansions. Taking place in contemporary times, the novels are detective stories featuring a female sleuth, whodunits with plots that keep readers guessing until the very end. Her short stories have also appeared in mystery anthologies, including the upcoming "Shhh - It's Murder," and a historical mystery in "And All Our Yesterdays."
