Tracy Alexis, PhD, is an IC, fibromyalgia, and breast cancer survivor. Her formal background and education is in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology. As her personal testament to this book, the last five years of Tracy's life (2015-2019) have been lived totally and completely free of all IC and fibromyalgia symptoms.
