Dave Weitz is a coach, consultant, and leader of people and organizations, as well as a dynamic communicator. He has impacted thousands of lives with his communication and leadership skills. His passion is bringing out greatness in the people he leads and serves. He has a unique ability to communicate vision, purpose, and meaning-and out of that rare and special gift has come growth of the people he leads and the organizations he guides.
He cofounded The New Harbor Company which helps executives, leaders, and organizations get better.
Dave lives in Boise, Idaho, with his wife Kathy and their black Lab Beau. On his best days, you'll find him outside a local coffee shop with them, a good friend, or a great book. You might also find him somewhere on a Harley, visiting a Hard Rock Cafe.
