Alan Pearson is director of the Biological and Chemical Weapons Control Program at the Center for Arms Control and Non-Proliferation.
Marie Chevrier is associate professor of Public Policy Political Economy at the University of Texas at Dallas.
Mark Wheelis is senior lecturer in Microbiology at the University of California, Davis.
