As I stepped into my mother's shoes for this journey, I knew beyond any doubt that I owed her a debt I could never repay. The cost beyond my budget, yet, I am here today standing in the place she made because she dared put these same shoes on and broke them in for me and for whomever would wear them after I am gone.
