Dan Nabudere is a professor of law at the University of Dar es Salaam. He has held government and academic posts in both Uganda and Tanzania, and played an influential role in the movement to overthrow Idi Amin. His seminal work The Political Economy of Imperialism(1980). Has proven highly influential throughout Africa.
