Author Biography
Nell Martin is an author, motivational speaker, teacher and training facilitator. Her new book, If You Can ... Live like Riley, has been years awaiting publication, remaining unfinished in a dresser drawer. Nell Martin grew up in the "Deep South" where she graduated summa cum laude from the University of Northern Alabama. She has her Master's degree from Yeshiva University in New York City, where she gave the commencement address. Nell has developed programs and seminars for the Young President's Association and the Chief Executives' Organization among others. Some of her seminars include Self Esteem, Relationship Skills, and True Colors at Marble Collegiate Church and Trinity Episcopal Church in New York. She is a Certified Parent Effectiveness Training Instructor and has taught graduate courses for teachers through the Continuing Education Institute in Orlando, Florida Currently, Nell resides in Sarasota, Florida where she is pioneering in the education and awareness of new paradigms in aging and elderhood.
