Author Biography

Giles Andreae is the award-winning and bestselling author of Rumble in the Jungle, Giraffes Can't Dance and The Lion Who Wanted to Love. Giles is also the creator and voice behind Purple Ronnie. He lives in London.

Emma Dodd studied Graphic Design and Illustration at Saint Martin's School of Art, London. She has worked on many books, including the popular Amazing Baby series (Templar Publishing) and the Dot and Dash series (Scholastic). The first book she wrote and illustrated herself, WHAT PET TO GET? (Templar Publishing), was shortlisted for the 2006 Early Years Awards. Emma's books for Orchard UK have proved an instant hit and her vibrant illustrations and funny storytelling delight children the world over.
