Author Biography
Chari Dela Cruz grew up in the Philippines and moved with her family to Arizona. She and her husband, Sherwin are parents to their wonderful children of 3. Chari started her leadership journey in 2005 in a call center and grew to several roles in the organization. Coming to know the Lord in 2008 changed her perspective in leadership and desires to share the grace of Jesus in the workplace.
