Product Description

by Bryan S. Zugelder Ed D. (Author)

Leading a group of adults is hard, but rewarding work. Just as great teachers create high-functioning classrooms, exemplary leaders create high-functioning teams. While understanding the basics of management is necessary, an effective leader does much more to build upon the most important asset of the organization: the people. Dr. Bryan Zugelder shares his experiences as a higher education administrator and how he learned everything he needed to know from managing an elementary school classroom.

Author Biography

Dr. Bryan Zugelder served as Executive Director of Undergraduate Affairs and Partnerships at the University of Central Florida.
