Resilience is often considered the after-effects of harm or danger that is suffered upon an individual or situation. As we enter a transformative season for Black Lives, we must consider the holistic well-being of the Black Man. More specifically, we must prepare ourselves to have tough conversations with those who are apart of Gen Z (1997 to 2012) and be willing to allow the leadership of the Millennial Generation to take seats of power and influence. Both of these dynamic generations are in need of great wisdom, strong mentors, and trustworthy relationships.
