Health is our new wealthy. Healthy bodies are our choice to build our immune system or not to worry about it. Oh, I will worry about that stuff in the future, this is a time to be concerned because COVID could take over and you would not have a strong immune system to fight it. Now is the time to make small changes in what you eat, how you work, and rest is so vital. How you decrease stress and handle problems. GOD is a BLESSING, and He wants you in HIS FAMILY. Ask Him to come into your life and make you a Child of GOD. We do not change then come to God, but if you come to Him then He will help you. Tell someone and go to church on Sunday. Find a good Bible based church and let them know that you need help and your decision. You will never regret it. Health is a blessing from God. If you seek Him and ask how to change your situation and make it better. "If you ask anything in my name, I will do it." John 14:14. God will give you wisdom to build your immunity and strength to fight any virus, infection or COVID. Kathy Wray has been a Registered Nurse since 2003. Working in Nursing Homes, Hospice and Assisted Care Facilities. She loves Elderly People and helping them. She is a Widow and has 4 Adult Children, and their families. She is very involved in their lives. She lives in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Serving the Lord and enjoying Retirement. She has many interests and hobbies as painting, antiques, and crafts. Writing this Remedy Book has been a dream and goal of hers for a long time. Writing books and drawing is in her future.
