Product Description

by J. P. Carroll (Author)

Life on the farm could be and was interesting to say the least. We were able to get into many things that the elders didn't like, we did them anyway Hee, Hee We were terrors on two legs and did whatever came to mind and these ideas were planted by the older folks around us. You will see We were fiesty and liked a challange and none more than O'le granddad. He was a hoot as I remember.

Author Biography

Born in West Virginia and as children we lived on our grandparents farm until early teen years. Up until granddad and grandmother decided to sell the family farm. One of the worst days of my young life. After the farm was sold we, mom, dad and all us heathens/kids moved to Virginia and life changed and changed damatically. That's a whole new book, coming soon. Married with one child which is married with a paraplegic stepdaughter. Now living in Tennessee close to my wonderful daughter and son- in- law, two of the greatest people on planet earth. This son-in-law will fish, hunt and etc and always invites the "old man" me, what a guy! This time spent with the son-in-law brings back some of the memories mentioned in the book. I have been inspired by many co-workers, family and friends to publish a book. So here it is. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did while putting these little stories together.
