He owned a top rated restaurant and commercial fishing business in Hawaii and worked as a food and beverage director at an ocean front hotel there. He has operated small and large operations including very large emergency food preparations and deliveries for disaster victims. He has been running a restaurant consulting, marketing and web design business in Eugene, Oregon since 2008.
