Product Description

by Clive Gifford (Author), Vanja Kragulj (Illustrator)

Could you build a human body from scratch?

The best way to understand how something works is to take it apart and put it back together again. But how would you make your very own human body? Where would you start? What would you need? And how would you fix everything together? This book is a step-by-step guide. Of course, it wouldn't be quite so easy in practice ... But after reading this book, you'll certainly know what we humans are made of!

Clive Gifford writes non-fiction books for both children and adults. He has written more than 200 books--which have been translated into more than 25 languages--and published over 800 features and stories, on topics from science and history to language and sport. His books have won numerous awards, including the Royal Society Young People's Book Prize, a Times Educational Supplement Information Book of the Year award, the School Library Association's Information Book Award, and the Blue Peter Book Awards' Best Book With Facts.
