Author Biography

Throughout her art career, Karen Korene has dominated the floral industry specializing in wedding and special event design. Korene is an innovated, creative person whose witty personality enlightens audiences with her unique visions. As one of the youngest women inducted into the American Institute of Floral Designers (AIFD), Korene has won numerous local and national floral design competitions including the 1996 FTD's America's Cup in which Korene was given the most prestigious honor of representing the United States in the 1997 Interfloral World Cup floral design competition. Her passion for flowers and love of weddings established her to become a creative force in the wedding industry.
